“Plugins” section permits to install WordPress plugins – extra files which add functionality. To install a plugin all you have to do is to copy its file into the folder wp-content/plugins.
In the “Users” section the administrator can manage user accounts of the site users: add new users and authors, edit their information or delete accounts.
In the “Settings” section you can perform customization and adjustment of WordPress system. In this section you can adjust users' level of access, customize system response to the users' actions, create blog name and description, arrangement of directories etc.
